    cuz, like, maybe, cuz, it’s like naturally frozen. idk. but like ponds and lakes are always like that too.

    The only time water freezes with a smooth surface is if there is no wind at all blowing over it as it freezes. That doesn’t happen very often, outside. Even a slight breeze, during the freezing process can cause ripples or bumps on the ice.
