How do I keep a pesky Crow out of my Bird Bath?

I have a 20 lb. crow who uses my birdbath as a sink. He brings everything from Peanuts to Hamburger pattys and make a mess in my Bird bath. What can I do to keep him from invading my Cardinal space?
