We had a baby budgie for 4 years. As he grew older my dad would always give him a bath. He had so much fun! When he was young, he would take a bath in a glass cup. We realized this wasn’t very effective for him so he had his own miniature bath tub filled with lukewarm water. My dad would hold it over this bowl and he would hop right in and wiggle for a while. Try doing different things to see what your bird would like. On youtube, I saw a parakeet taking a bath from a sink.

my birds didn’t like baths either, see the video below, of my birds. the blue has his wings, and but the other two have them clipped, I put them all in the sink and leave the water running for them to play don’t push them, just leave them there, wet your hands and drizzle over them, rather than making them totally wet. females don’t like baths, but males love them, they do it themselves. good luck

some birds like baths and some birds dont. but if you want her to take baths you can start by putting in a dish in her cage with seeds or treats, different every day. once she gets used to jumping in to eat, put a little bit of warm water in it instead. then put put in more and more until shes used to it, and there ya go! a bath taking birdie!

What I do to mine, is I put her in the sink, and I put a clog over the drain. Then I turn on room- temperature water and let it fill up to her feet. So then she’s not drowning. And then I keep the water running for a second more. Then I put my hands under it and I fling it onto her back. Your bird may not LIKE it but, it IS good for their feathers. Try it. Tell me if it works.
