A cat jumped up onto my mom’s concrete bird bath and it fell and broke… is there some way to fix it??

there are several types of glue you can use. visit a local lowes or home depot and ask a worker to show you the kind to use.
not glue dude but they do have several epoxy compounds that work well with concrete
