How close to a dove’s nest can I put bird feeder/bird bath?

A pair of dove’s are building a nest in a tree beside my porch. I wanted to put out bird seed/bird bath on the porch, but wasn’t sure if the birds would abandon their nest if the area became to busy with other birds flying in. Do I need to worry about this?
good question so not too close mama must be quite a safe.
